It offers an international, dynamic, and demanding work environment. In this varied position, you will support the professor and their team in administrative and organizational tasks, assuming an important coordination role with a versatile field of activities. Furthermore, you will take charge of the administrative financial management of another professor within the same institute. You will have an exciting mission with a lot of autonomy in an open and dynamic environment. You will also be part of the institute's administrative team. The position is initially limited to one year. An extension as well as an increase in the degree of employment are possible. In the framework of future adjustments to the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, the field of activities may also evolve. The start of the position is planned for 1 September 2026 or by agreement. Job description ## Personnel management: • You accompany entries and exits, advise research groups and professors on various administrative matters and manage personnel changes • You also take charge of academic guests Financial management: • You are responsible for the management of funds and budgets, coordinate invoices and expense reports and manage projects including reporting • Financial management of another chair within the same institute Events: • Planning and organization of events Teamwork within the institute: • Active participation in the administrative team for the common planning and implementation of events and for effective communication within the institute Profile ## • You possess commercial training or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the academic environment • You work carefully, have a sense of detail and maintain an overview even in complex situations • A good capacity for assimilation and flexibility help you to manage daily tasks effectively • You enjoy teamwork. Thanks to your high social competence and communication skills, you contribute to a positive and collegial atmosphere.
