You can learn more about us in this video   Your new challenges: #### As an installation coordinator, you are the central interface between customers, installers, installation management, sales, and suppliers. You ensure smooth order processing, coordinate site deployments, and ensure that deadlines, materials, and resources are optimally coordinated with each other.    • You independently coordinate installation orders from scheduling to successful handover and ensure professional and timely processing. • You plan the assignments of installers, subcontractors, and third-party companies as well as material deliveries to the construction sites. • You are the central contact person for customers and partners and ensure proactive communication regarding installation starts, delays, and elevator handovers. • You process complaints, coordinate material returns, and support the installation manager in finding solutions. • You create construction programs, maintain internal installation information, and ensure a balanced utilization of installation capacities.     Your ideal requirements: #### • You have a basic technical education in the electrotechnical or mechanical field; elevator knowledge is an advantage. • You bring experience in order planning and processing as well as good mechanical and technical understanding. • You have commercial further training and good MS Office user skills; SAP knowledge is desirable. • You communicate confidently in the regional language; knowledge of a second national language and English is an advantage. • You convince through organizational talent, service orientation, resilience, as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.     Our benefits: #### • Top development opportunities: Personnel development is a lived reality with us.
