In this versatile role, you will undertake the holistic payroll processing for around 120 employees and support the HR team in all personnel-related topics, from administration to employee support to participation in exciting projects. Then we look forward to receiving your application! 02 Your task ## • Responsibility for the complete and timely payroll processing of around 120 employees including social insurance and withholding tax statements • Independent support of the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit • Execution of year-end tasks (AHV/BVG/UVG statements, wage statements, reports to authorities and insurance companies) • Competent contact person for payroll and personnel questions, advising employees as well as supporting line managers • Creation and maintenance of all HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates and mutations throughout the entire employee lifecycle 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks vacation • Responsible activities 04 Your profile ## • Completed commercial training and ideally further training in the area of HR/Payroll (social insurance or HR further training) • Professional experience in HR/Payroll • Very good language skills in German in W/S, other languages an advantage • Confident application of MS Office; experience with common payroll and HR systems as well as general Excel knowledge • Structured, independent and precise way of working, especially when processing sensitive payroll and personnel data 05 Worth knowing ## • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks vacation • Responsible activities
