Tasks:

• Processing and answering written and oral customer inquiries as well as complaints in customer service and in the online wine shop
• Coordination and forwarding of concerns to the responsible internal or external departments
• Providing general information about products and services in written and oral form
• Recording of liability damage cases
• Handling of correspondence as well as performance of various administrative activities

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in customer contact, ideally in a customer hotline
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
• Proficient handling of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of the platform "Service Now" is an advantage
