The Hotel Luzernerhof was originally built in 1866. Until 1950, it was located directly on Lake Vierwaldstättersee and was one of the most visited hotels in all of Luzern. As a victim of a devastating fire in September 1950, the hotel had to be demolished. It was rebuilt and renovated in the second row on Lake Vierwaldstättersee. The hotel was built on behalf of a prominent personality and is furnished in the style of the famous designer and architect "Le Corbusier" from the cubist era. The 65 rooms were redesigned in 2024.
