Supplier Quality Manager

This is what you can expect • You monitor the delivery quality based on defined quality targets and KPIs and ensure meaningful reporting for the relevant stakeholders • As Process Owner, you continuously develop the supplier evaluation and the end-to-end process for handling goods receipt problems • You systematically address suppliers with quality deviations and consistently track agreed improvement measures • Together with the purchasing representatives, you coordinate necessary escalations and ensure the implementation of the billing process • You keep existing delivery standards and guidelines, such as the General Delivery Conditions, up to date and develop them further as needed • With well-founded data analyses, you identify causes, show optimization potential, and derive concrete recommendations for action • You initiate and accompany cross-departmental projects to increase quality, process reliability, and efficiency within the supply chain • Through sampling and process audits, you check compliance with defined standards and support the teams involved with targeted training This is what you bring • A technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as a Technical Purchaser, Process Specialist, Technician or in a comparable field • Well-founded practical experience in process analysis, quality improvement or efficiency increase • Knowledge of quality management, supplier development, purchasing or logistics environment - or the motivation to specifically deepen your existing knowledge • A good understanding of the relationships within a supply chain and a pronounced business management thinking • Enjoyment of working with key figures and the ability to derive comprehensible measures and decisions from data • Very good communication skills, negotiating skills and a sovereign appearance towards different stakeholder groups • A self-contained, systematic and precise way of working combined with pragmatism and healthy assertiveness • Stylish German, good English skills and routine handling of Microsoft 365 Benefits • Discounts: Attractive discounts in the Brack online shop, as well as lunch discounts and staff restaurants in Mägenwil and Willisau. • Recovery: At least 5 weeks of vacation, and there is also the possibility of vacation purchase and unpaid leave. • Development: Internal training in our own academy and financial participation in external further education. • Family: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave with the option of extension and 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. • Insurances: Over-obligatory - 100% salary continuation and full financing of the daily sickness benefit insurance by the employer. • Mobility: Free parking, financial participation in public transport and pool vehicles for business appointments.
