As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a: Team Leader of the Interface Department (80-100%) - Permanent Contract Salary class 9 (this scale is understood upon validated prerequisites, failing which classification is made at class -1) Location: Lausanne Start date: To be agreed What you bring to our mission Within the Domaine Accompagnement des Migrants en Appartement (AMA), you ensure the management of a team of regional coordinators and actively contribute to the steering of the Interface Department. Through your leadership, you guarantee the quality of services, develop internal and external partnerships, and support the implementation of projects promoting the social integration of migrant persons. I will be pleased to discover your background and to exchange with you. » Your key missions You steer a team of regional coordinators and organize its activities. You contribute to the strategy of the Interface Department and ensure the monitoring of projects and complex situations. You develop partnerships and represent the department to internal and external actors. You ensure the substitution of the department head and participate in emergency management. You lead awareness actions on the themes of asylum, migration, and interculturality. You contribute to the development of the department by strengthening collaborations with partners and supporting projects promoting integration and living together. Your profile HES Bachelor or university degree in the fields of social work, communication, or human sciences, or a title deemed equivalent. Certifying training in management 6 years of experience in social work, including part in team and project management. Good knowledge of the Vaud political and institutional fabric.
