Shift Supervisor Holy Cow! Etoy We are looking for a Shift Supervisor at HOLY COW! ETOY For our Holy Cow! restaurant located in Etoy, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor immediately or at a convenient date. Your responsibilities •Hold a shift from A to Z: briefing, distribution of positions, monitoring of the rhythm, coordination between kitchen and service •Be ready for opening at 11:00 am: complete setup, team in place, positions prepared •Ensure a fast, clean and standard-compliant service (quality, hygiene, food safety) •Work on positions according to needs: Grill cooking; Fryer management; Burger preparation: assembly, dressing, sending; Preparation: cutting vegetables and preparing fresh sauces; Dishwasher: washing dishes and maintaining a clean position; cleaning fryers and respecting the cleaning plan; Cash register: welcoming, taking orders, cashing, selling additional items in a natural way •Perform a complete closure: cleaning, restocking, securing and locking up •Ensure daily administrative tasks with precision: Daily orders; Daily validation of working hours; Counting and controlling cash •Availability for closures (until 23:30), weekends and breaks •Customer relationship: satisfaction, complaint management, sales and advice •Opening and closing the restaurant (until 23:30 according to schedule), with control of end-of-shift standards Your profile •Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in restoration, in a dynamic environment (volume, rhythm, standards) •Able to take responsibility for a shift and give clear instructions •Fast and rigorous: you maintain the level of cleanliness and quality even in a rush •Comfortable with direct feedback, and able to reframe without creating tension •Current French is essential; English is an asset, other languages are welcome •Reliable: punctuality, consistency, and respect for procedures We offer •A lively work atmosphere with varied tasks in a multicultural environment •Training in HOLY COW! standards, checklists and shift routines, with on-site coaching by the Manager and management team. •Personal reduction: 50% on a menu of your choice. •Possibilities for evolution after validation of skills (standards, leadership, administrative) and availability of a position: Shift Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager. •Benefits with our partners Your application: You can send us your application (CV + Cover letter) by responding directly to this offer. jpidd452c11jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
