For our modest but fine bistro, we are looking for an independent and warm personality as a
Cook / Allrounder with leadership function (m/f/d) – 60% to 100%
starting immediately or by arrangement
🍳 These are your tasks

• Kitchen & Take-away: You prepare our varied lunch menus with love and provide an attractive take-away offer.
• Baking: You pamper our guests with homemade cakes, Wähen, or fine pastries.
• Organization & Purchasing: You take over menu planning, calculate the dishes, and independently take care of all purchasing and stock management.
• Leadership: You lead our small, motivated team in the kitchen and in the bistro service and organize the processes.
• Guest Contact: If necessary, you lend a hand in service, serve our guests at the counter, and ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
• Hygiene: You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) throughout the entire operation.

🔪 This is what you bring with you

• Sound Experience: A completed apprenticeship as a Koch/Köchin EFZ or several years of sound professional experience in a similar all-round function.
• Organizational Talent: You have experience in menu planning and purchasing and can lead a small team in a motivating way.
• Passion for Baking: You enjoy complementing the culinary offer with homemade baked goods.
• Host Instinct: You are an open, communicative personality and enjoy direct customer contact.
• Languages: Fluent German skills are mandatory for exchange with guests and suppliers.
