The Angiology Service is looking for an executive secretary at an activity rate of 80% to 100%, on an open-ended contract, to complete its team. The start date is planned from 1 December 2026.

Context:

The Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and the EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in the fields of medical care, medical research, and training.

Attached to the Département Cœur-Vaisseaux (DCV), the Angiology Service ensures the outpatient and inpatient care of adult patients suffering from arterial, venous, lymphatic diseases and microcirculation.

Composed of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 50 people, the service works closely with the other specialties of the department, notably vascular surgery.

Mission:

• You ensure the administrative management of medical personnel: planning of doctors, monitoring of absences, holidays and replacements, as well as coordination of arrivals and departures
• You manage and monitor the administrative files of doctors (applications, engagements, promotions and evaluations) and participate in the drafting and publication of job advertisements
• You provide administrative and organizational support to the head of service and the head of department: calendar management, organization of meetings, preparation of files, correspondence and archiving
• You support senior doctors in the management of their calendars, their correspondence and their files
• You contribute to the administrative organization of colloquiums, congresses and training, as well as to the proper functioning of the secretariat
• You use notably the planning tools Visualplanning and Polypoint.

Profile:

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent, ideally completed by a federal diploma of executive assistant
• You have 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar function
• You have perfect command of French orally and in writing, possess excellent writing skills and good knowledge of English and German
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of organization, planning and priority management
• You distinguish yourself by your autonomy, your flexibility, your sense of initiative and your ability to adapt
• You demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy and assertiveness in your exchanges
• You enjoy teamwork and maintain constructive relationships with various interlocutors.

Depending on your profile, the salary class will be between levels 7 and 8.
