Your tasks

• Quickly recognize, record and process irregularities according to urgency
• Daily goods inspection in the transit warehouse
• Goal-oriented customer conversations to clarify facts
• Complete damage processing with customers
• Recording and coordination of follow-up deliveries
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Support in processing the loading lists
• Further various administrative activities in the area of transport / disposition

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with professional experience, preferably in transport or forwarding
• Quick comprehension and the ability to recognize complex contexts
• Resilient, a team player as well as a confident and calm appearance even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient in handling MS Office, SAP is an advantage
