Your energy in service of a sustainable Genève In the context of your function, you will be required to: Advise customers while taking into account their needs and expectations; Promote products and services by directing customers towards digital solutions and the Electricité range during incoming calls; Accompany customers in order to encourage more responsible consumption behaviors; Analyze and resolve situations by conducting the necessary research and investigations; Ensure the updating and reliability of customer data. Your personality and your skills Possessing a positive team spirit and an excellent sense of service, you maintain quality relationships with your interlocutors. Recognized for your customer orientation, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and an analytical capacity allowing you to quickly identify solutions adapted to the situations encountered. You know how to effectively manage your priorities and face varied contexts with mastery. You master telephone interview techniques and possess strong oral fluency. Your writing skills are solid and you demonstrate a developed sense of negotiation as well as capacities in sales techniques. Specific points It is expected that you ideally have good knowledge of English and/or German, or another language. Your academic background You hold a professional maturity, a CFC as a commercial employee, a customer relations agent, or a title deemed equivalent. A first experience in a customer service department, notably within the framework of an internship or an apprenticeship, constitutes an asset.
