About our group: Froval SA is a fast-growing Swiss company specializing in the manufacture and marketing of premium cheese fondues. • Espace FERNAND Sàrl is our living showcase. Located in the heart of the production site, this unique place combines customer reception, professional events, tastings, and demonstrations. As part of our growth, we are looking for an HR Manager part-time (20%) to join our dynamic team.

Your mission ###

• Working time: monitoring hours, absences, vacations, strict application of personnel regulations and labor law (LTr)
• Salaries: preparation and monitoring of payroll data in connection with our fiduciary (variables, statements, social insurances AVS/LPP/LAA/IJM)
• Hierarchy & organization: roles, organizational chart, support to team leaders across the 3 entities
• Quality & efficiency: individual and team objectives, performance interviews, monitoring of underperformance
• Conflicts: mediation, reframing, sensitive situations managed with firmness and according to the rules
• Seasonal recruitment: hiring and onboarding of helpers for the fondue season (Sept.-March)

Your profile ###

• HR training (federal diploma of specialist in HR or equivalent) and proven experience in an SME
• Mastery of Swiss labor law (CO, LTr, social insurances)
• Firm, framing, and irreproachable regarding respect for rules - while remaining fair and respectful of people
• Autonomous, structured, results-oriented French fluent; comfortable in production as well as office environments
