In this function, you will lead a team of specialists and take on a key role in the further development of competencies, the ensuring of high quality standards, and the harmonization of professional working methods within the department. The following exciting tasks await you: - You lead, support, and develop a team of trainers and specialists in the field of Training & Quality - You organize the activities of the team, ensure optimal resource planning according to operational priorities, and undertake the administrative coordination - You identify the training needs as well as the technical requirements of the various units and coordinate the corresponding measures with the technical managers and leaders - You continuously further develop the training and continuing education offers as well as the corresponding training materials and simultaneously ensure a high quality of the onboarding and integration processes - You lead projects to improve the learning experience and the efficiency of the training measures - You participate in the creation and further development of technical guidelines and ensure a harmonization of practices within the division - You accompany the teams in the implementation of technical requirements and ensure efficient communication and implementation of regulatory and organizational changes - You control the activities in the area of quality control and monitoring and support the managers in the analysis of the results as well as in the definition of improvement measures - You contribute actively to the continuous improvement of processes, services, and quality standards With your leadership, your technical competence, and your ability to inspire teams for common goals, you make an important contribution to the success of Vaudoise.
