Your activities

• Professional support for managers at various hierarchical levels in all personnel-related issues
• Support during changes, reorganisations, as well as in the further development of teams and organisational units
• Accompanying managers in the development of their leadership role and strengthening a modern leadership culture
• Conducting demanding conversations as well as support in conflict, performance and change situations
• Close cooperation with the HR specialist departments and ensuring holistic HR support
• Participation in the annual salary round, year-end work as well as other recurring HR processes
• Ensuring correct and timely implementation of the relevant HR processes in compliance with internal specifications and legal as well as GAV-relevant provisions
• Confident handling of HR key figures, statistics and evaluations as well as the ability to derive relevant insights and recommendations for action from them

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in healthcare or in a comparable complex environment
• Higher education in HR management, for example HR-Fachfrau/-fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis or a comparable qualification
• Proficient and confident handling of laws, GAV, regulations and instructions – practiced in enforcing these in a friendly and appreciative – but firm - manner
• Confidence in dealing with demanding personnel, leadership and labour law issues
• Experience in advising and accompanying managers at different leadership levels
• Pronounced consulting competence, communication strength and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high service orientation
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
