Job Description

Your Tasks

• Receipt and coordination of customer inquiries regarding malfunctions, maintenance, and service assignments
• Dispatching and scheduling of service technicians, taking into account urgency and workload
• Opening, processing, and monitoring of service and inspection orders
• Processing of work reports as well as maintenance of order and master data in the ERP system
• Interface between customers, service technicians, and internal specialist departments

Desired Profile

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or technical customer service
• Technical understanding, ideally in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, or building technology
• Organizational talent, independent way of working, and strong customer orientation
• Good German language skills and confident handling of digital tools as well as ERP/SAP knowledge
• English language skills are an advantage
