HR Assistant

In this role, you support the HR team in tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. You draft employment contracts and payslips, record relevant changes for salaries, and coordinate social insurances in various areas. You also prepare the monthly withholding tax declarations. You are responsible for accident declarations and monitor absences as well as entitlement to benefits in the event of occupational/non-occupational accidents and illness. You support the recruitment of new employees and accompany the recruitment process until its conclusion. Depending on your previous knowledge, you conduct job interviews yourself or are specifically trained for this task. Furthermore, you organize small HR events such as the orientation day for new employees as well as various workshops and conferences within the framework of occupational health management (GSE). In addition, you support the apprentice manager in various matters and participate in different digitalization projects.

Your profile

• Commercial training
• HR Assistant certificate and/or human resources specialist with federal diploma (an asset)
• Discreet personality with a keen sense of service
• Ability to assimilate quickly as well as network thinking, precise working method, and strong communication skills
• Marked affinity for IT and ease in using different systems
