As a member of the regional Distribution management team, you will actively contribute to the development of our distribution channels (Provident, All branches and partner agencies). You will ensure that general agencies have the optimal processes, structures, know-how and resources to sustainably guarantee their growth, productivity, profitability and quality. You will support Regional Managers in the orchestration and steering of the sales region.

What awaits you

• Develop and supervise the management of three partner agencies, steer their performance, their organization and guarantee quality
• Conduct studies and regional strategic and operational projects (business model, AI implementation) and ensure the implementation of decisions
• Accompany the transformation of working methods with the integration of AI in order to develop the efficiency of the agencies
• Ensure the rigorous application of legal and internal standards (notably LSA) and act as a regional reference in legal areas
• Collaborate closely with general agents, sales managers and the back-office to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct analyses, define measures and ensure regular follow-up in coordination with the various internal and external actors
• Be a sparring partner for general agents for the continuous development of their skills, particularly in terms of management and financial optimization

What you bring

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or continuing education in insurance, with solid knowledge of the branch
• Excellent organizational and (data-) analytical skills, experience in process management or business analysis
• Ability to structure complex topics and to implement them in a solution-oriented manner with various interlocutors
• Good understanding of sales processes in insurance and extensive experience in or with distribution
• Great communication and facilitation skills, combined with a strong implementation capacity
• Passion for transformation, innovation and continuous improvement. Regular use of AI to optimize work
• Availability for high mobility within the sales region, with regular travel throughout Switzerland.
• Mastery of French in writing and speaking, very good knowledge of German (oral)
• Mastery of all current tools of the augmented office365 suite
