Is purchasing more than just processing orders to you? With us, you will take on responsibility, advise internal customers, and actively help shape procurement processes.

Tasks ##

• You are the central contact person for all procurement topics in your assigned business unit and form the interface between purchasing and internal demand holders.
• You independently take responsibility for order processing from the demand notification to the confirmation, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support demand holders with deviations and purchasing topics.
• You create SAP orders, monitor their processing, support invoice control, and create any option exercises for tenders.
• With your specialist knowledge, you accompany and train internal customers in purchasing processes and stand by them as a competent contact person for public procurement law in procurements subject to tender.
• You actively contribute to the optimization of operational purchasing processes and, if necessary, take over deputy roles in daily business, the supplier onboarding process, or the maintenance of supplier catalogs.

Profile ##

• You have a commercial or technical background and have supplemented this with further training in the field of purchasing.
• Professional experience in purchasing, preferably in industry, the construction sector, or the public sector, completes your profile.
• With your knowledge of modern ERP systems, ideally SAP MM, you are well-equipped for your tasks.
• You convince as a communicative and strong-negotiating team player and work in an organized, independent, and service-oriented manner.
• You also find suitable solutions for tricky questions. English skills are an additional plus.
