For the planning and dispatching of our service technicians, the first-level support for our customers, as well as for general service administration tasks.

Your tasks

• Dispatching of fault interventions of our service technicians as well as their short- and medium-term deployment planning
• Receipt of customer orders as well as telephone appointment scheduling with the customers
• Carrying out vehicle inventories at/with technicians of the assigned service region
• You take responsibility and develop into a superuser in ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 and in the environment of our dispatch console Salesforce/ServiceMax
• Regular checking of the most frequent fault interventions for quality assurance
• Processing of customer concerns
• Processing of general concerns/tasks of the service administration

Your profile

• You have a flair for technology and enjoy working in a technical environment
• You have a commercial basic training - possibly with further training as a Technical Merchant
• You love languages and communicate confidently in German, French and English (Italian is an advantage)
• You think in a structured manner and like purposeful coordination during parallel customer concerns
• You are familiar with handling ERP systems - ideally also in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Advantageously, you bring experience from activities in customer service
• You describe your way of working as calm and deliberate action is your credo
• You master the MS Office palette – especially Excel
