Your everyday life

To ensure the operation of our Enterprise Software applications (OpaccOXAS, OpaccERP, OpaccEnterpriseCRM, OpaccEnterpriseShop) in our customers' day-to-day business, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Personnel and functional leadership of the support team with over 10 employees
• Managing personnel and deployment planning as well as conducting individual meetings with employees
• Ensuring and building a solution-oriented support organization
• Participation in the processing of escalated calls
• Support in the day-to-day business of support (1st and 2nd Level)
• Ensuring 1st Level Support for the system platform of our GU customers
• Further education, training, and strength-based development of employees
• Constant optimization of support processes, instruments, and internal documentation
• Conducting call reviews and support briefings at our customers

Your Background

To grow professionally and personally with this task, you bring the following:

• Solid basic training with further education or a degree in the direction of (business) informatics or similar
• Leadership experience of specialist employees
• Joy in planning and organization
• Team player, resilient, and you can think and work in contexts
• High social competence and joy in leading a high-performance team
• Experience in a comparable task, especially in the Enterprise Software (ERP, Shop) environment
