To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Customer Service Advisor Mercedes-Benz (80–100 %)

Your tasks:

• Support and advice for customers
• Planning of appointments and workshop utilization
• Creation of cost estimates and processing of repair orders
• Coordination and monitoring of workshop orders
• Execution of final vehicle inspections including cleanliness checks
• Handover of completed vehicles to customers
• Processing of warranty and damage cases
• Processing of complaints and customer leads; Advice and sale of vehicle accessories

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training in the automotive industry
• Further training as a customer service advisor or in the commercial field
• Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand is an advantage
• High level of commitment as well as goal-oriented and pragmatic way of working
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Teamwork skills and commitment to shared success
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even with a high workload
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
• Valid driving license category B
