Order Processing Clerk 80 - 100 % (d/f) We look forward to reinforcement for our Direct Sales department. The activities include: Telephone order intake and customer consultation, entering orders on the screen and forwarding flower orders using the latest IT technology to the executing Fleurop flower specialty shop in Switzerland or abroad; Processing and transmitting international Fleurop orders from abroad to Switzerland, in particular correct translation of flower orders from English into the 3 national languages, checking and possible correction of orders and delivery addresses; Clarifications regarding international Fleurop orders domestically and abroad; Receiving incoming telephone customer feedback and forwarding it to customer service. What we expect from you: You are linguistically proficient (stylistically confident German, good French and English skills, Italian is an advantage); You bring good PC user skills; You have a basic commercial education and enjoy flowers; You enjoy telephone customer contact; You enjoy working in a team, appreciate varied tasks, have a polite tone of voice and work reliably and expeditiously; You appreciate flexible working hours and are willing to work on some Saturday mornings.
