Imagine strengthening our team as a receptionist, with lots of heart and enthusiasm for the region and our guests at rocksresort, signinahotel and Riders • You are the first point of contact for our guests - in person, by telephone and digitally. • You perform check-ins and check-outs in a professional and warm manner. • You assume responsibility for the quality of the customer experience and coordinate all necessary cross-sectoral measures. • You detect wishes, needs and potential challenges early and act proactively. • You find economical and user-friendly solutions for customers and make decisions autonomously within the scope of your competencies. • You coordinate collaboration with the housekeeping, technical, catering and other departments in order to effectively satisfy guest wishes. • You handle correspondence with guests during their stay via various channels. • You prepare and check invoices and conscientiously manage the reception cash desk. • You participate actively in the compliance with and development of Guest Experience standards. • Availability to work in shift service, early and late, as well as regularly on weekends in winter. • You detect the need for action before others and act autonomously. • You work autonomously, decisively and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You have training in hospitality or equivalent professional experience. • You have experience in reception or a comparable customer function. • You are very proficient in German and English; other languages are welcome. • Experience with Protel or a comparable hotel management system is an advantage.
