For our Gland-Vich concession, we are recruiting a/an: Workshop Planner / After-sales Service Advisor Planned rate at 100%, start immediately or by arrangement Your main tasks: You plan the workshop appointments for optimal organization, manage telephone calls. You accompany the client in their steps through your advice and you propose our service offerings to them. You organize and coordinate the transmission and drafting of After-Sales service information. You ensure that all necessary means are provided for the smooth running of planned operations. You ensure customer satisfaction through an optimal quality of welcome. Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive function in the advice and sale of services (for example service offerings, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles. Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and invoicing processes from the reception to the handover of vehicles.
