MAIN TASKS Attached to the Human Resources department, you will be the privileged interlocutor of employees for questions related to personnel health policy and its application. You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other safety and health specialists at work, such as ergotherapists, HPCI nurses, the person in charge of safety, as well as human resources and management, and will be responsible for coordinating all related activities. More precisely, your main responsibilities will be the following: Organize and ensure the application of occupational health policy. Establish and/or maintain working conditions that allow employees to remain healthy by promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being. Inform employees and assist department heads in occupational health and safety matters. In collaboration with the MSST manager, identify health risks to which employees are exposed and keep them informed. Provide advice for the prevention of professional and non-professional accidents through awareness campaigns. Collaborate with the Human Resources department in the management of absences by implementing measures that promote return to work. Participate as a member of the internal commission for the MSST branch solution of H+ in collaboration with other specialists in the field in order to implement an optimal occupational health and safety policy in compliance with current legislation. REQUIRED EDUCATION Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a position related to occupational health, preferably in a hospital setting. Postgraduate training in Occupational Health (CAS) or equivalent training. Organized, rigorous, flexible, and invested in your function, you enjoy evolving in a demanding and motivating environment that requires autonomy while remaining in constant interaction with employees. Communicative and enthusiastic personality with a great ability to listen and federate department heads and specialists around key projects.
