As part of the launch of a new Job coaching measure carried out in partnership with the Direction générale de l'emploi et du marché du travail (DGEM) of the State of Vaud, we are strengthening our team. We are looking for a person capable of creating bonds of trust with companies, understanding their needs, and fostering meaningful professional encounters. To complete our team, we are recruiting a: Corporate Relations Officer - 80% Within this new measure, you are the preferred interlocutor for partner companies. Acting as a true bridge between the regional economic fabric and our teams of Job Coaches who daily accompany our unemployment insurance clients, you will develop a solid network and identify employer needs. You will act as a facilitator of professional encounters, thereby opening up concrete opportunities and useful connections for all parties. You will evolve in an autonomous, field-oriented function, with a real focus on results: within the framework of the measure, one in two accompanied persons must find employment. Your ability to open doors, to concretize connections, and to transform contacts into effective hires will directly make the difference.
