Your mission GetYourGuide's On-Trip product group is responsible for the entire post-booking experience: from the moment a traveler finalizes their purchase to fulfillment, coordination with suppliers, and resolution via customer service. As a GPM, you will lead a group of product managers, define the strategy, coach a high-performing team, and drive measurable results on some of the company's most important levers. What you will take charge of: • Execution of the On-Trip domain (contextual UX, self-service, modification and cancellation), AI resolution (unified customer service and chat automation, currently resolving ~20% of contacts via AI), and supplier-traveler coordination (off-platform observability, supplier messaging, and coordination tools). • Management of three product managers in Zurich. You report to the Product Director, Traveler, based in Berlin. Your toolkit • Demonstrated ability to synthesize a complex, multi-pillar strategy into a clear and reasoned thesis for an executive audience with a coherent viewpoint beyond operational updates. • Experience in managing and coaching senior product managers (mid/senior/lead) responsible for their own domains, with evidence that their output has improved under your management. • Strong business instinct: capable of assessing problems with approximate figures, building ROI cases, and committing to metrics. • Proven experience in an operationally complex domain - marketplace, payments, post-purchase, or customer service technology. • Comfortable in a hybrid environment with a team split between Berlin and Zurich, including periodic on-site presence in Zurich.
