To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person in the IT field at Zurich Airport (Kloten) - ZRH. Your tasks ### \- Support and maintenance of all computer systems, applications, infrastructure and hardware \- Ensuring the availability of IT services to guarantee the operational readiness of our operational units \- Provision of 1st and 2nd level support for the IT infrastructure and applications of ZRH operations and as a back-up for GVA operations \- Troubleshooting, analysis and evaluation of technical problems. Efficient management of all problems and tickets reported via the IT helpdesk channels as well as timely resolution of IT problems reported in ZRH operations, including remote and on-site support \- Maintenance of the Windows servers including antivirus protection, patching and monitoring \- Management of the IT inventory for ZRH operations, including an effective strategy for device management \- Active management of the IT needs of new employees, including user profiles, emails, software installation and access rights \- Installation and configuration of new technologies to be used by the company, such as hardware, operating systems and programs or applications \- Active participation in the creation of documentation on IT processes, projects and insights gained \- Ongoing support of the IT infrastructure, the servers and the application projects \- Regular maintenance of the existing hardware and computer systems, conducting security checks of all systems and networks, including electrical safety tests \- Cooperation with the Business Technology & Innovation team and provision of expertise in the areas of virtualization, storage, data backup, networks and directory services \- Evaluation of new technologies that can be used as a replacement, for improvement or upgrade of existing server, network and other IT infrastructure equipment \- Close cooperation with the Business Technology & Innovation team, internal and external stakeholders on all projects related to the IT infrastructure at Geneva and Zurich airports Your tasks ### \- Support and maintenance of all computer systems, applications, infrastructure and hardware \- Ensuring the availability of IT services to guarantee the operational readiness of our operational units \- Provision of 1st and 2nd level support for the IT infrastructure and applications of ZRH operations and as a back-up for GVA operations \- Troubleshooting, analysis and evaluation of technical problems.
