Your tasks • You lead your team professionally and personally and promote the further development of your employees. • You take responsibility for claims processing in the areas of household contents, personal liability, and buildings and manage complex claims cases. • You advise and support employees as well as branches in demanding claims cases and process customer requests, complaints, and escalations. • You carry out on-site damage inspections and make well-founded decisions. • You continuously develop instructions, guidelines, and standards for high-quality claims processing. • You plan and lead professional training and further education and contribute your know-how to projects as well as to the management of demanding ventures. Your profile • You have several years of experience in the claims processing of household contents, personal liability, and building damage as well as sound knowledge of liability law. • You bring experience in field claims service and in conducting damage inspections. • You have completed further training in the insurance sector (e.g., insurance specialist with federal diploma, insurance economist HF or comparable). • You have already been able to participate in projects and ideally have experience in project management as well as in leading employees. • You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and convince with an independent and structured way of working. • You appear confident, work in a customer-oriented manner, and enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge and promoting employees.
