Hardware Refresh Supporter Job description: As part of a phased hardware refresh project, around 1,300 devices will be replaced. As part of the local IT support team, you will particularly take on the following tasks: Handover and setup of new laptops for employees Personal instruction and support for end users IT support in connection with the new devices Setup and assignment of mailboxes and network drives Support with the synchronization of OneDrive and SharePoint Preparation, configuration and provision of new end devices Receipt and management of returned hardware Maintenance and updating of IT asset management Support with administrative and organizational project tasks Documentation of devices, handovers and support cases Collaboration and knowledge exchange within the IT support team About the customer: Our customer is an internationally active, established company from the finance and insurance industry with headquarters in Zürich. The company employs staff from numerous countries and offers a professional, modern and international working environment. The local IT Service Lounge supports around 1,500 employees at the Zürich location as well as around another 1,000 employees abroad. The existing support team consists of five full-time employees and is the central point of contact for IT questions, technical concerns and personal end-user support. Requirements: Training as an ICT Supporter or a comparable qualification Experience in IT or end-user support Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Intune Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and Identity Management Knowledge of Incident Management and IT Asset Management Strong customer and service orientation Very good German and English skills Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working jpidcd86f24jm jit0730jm jiy26jm
