Recruiter:in / Employer Branding 80-90% For our seven-member Recruiting & Employer Branding Team, we are looking for a passionate recruiter personality who recruits specialist and management staff for the administration in Dietikon, starting 01. October 2026 or by agreement. The position is initially limited until 30. September 2027 as part of a maternity leave replacement, but if possible and suitable, we aim for continued employment. During the first year, the focus is clearly on recruiting. In the event of continued employment, the focus will increasingly expand to include Employer Branding projects. For this, you should have an interest in conceptual work, project work, and the further development of our employer brand. Your area of responsibility: Advising managers at all hierarchy levels on all recruitment and onboarding topics Formulating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms Reviewing incoming application documents, pre-selecting, conducting initial telephone clarifications, and forwarding or discussing the documents with the responsible manager First point of contact for candidates, including ensuring a flawless candidate experience Organizing, coordinating, and conducting interview appointments Point of contact for internal and external inquiries about open vacancies Close collaboration and exchange with Hiring Managers of the administration and HR Business Partners Implementing and accompanying projects in recruitment & employer branding Our requirements: Completed commercial basic training, further training in the HR area is an advantage At least two to three years of professional experience in recruiting commercial profiles (agency and/or company side) Very good MS Office skills and proficient in handling tools Fluent German language skills in word and writing Strong service orientation and independent, efficient, and meticulous work Empathetic person who enjoys working with people and has a sense of humor Team player with a winning personality, pronounced social skills, professional appearance, and communication skills Interest in Employer Branding and recruiting projects At our company, PROGRESS is written in capital letters.
