This is the contribution you can make

• Co-responsibility for all activities related to the assignment and processing of business for the Kommando Ausbildung (triage, business management, quality assurance, compliance with deadlines)
• Participate in the further development and design of the business processes (especially workflows) of the Kommando Ausbildung and the Gruppe Verteidigung, as well as in the promotion of business process automation including programming of technical data
• Ensure the training and further education of the employees of the Stab Kommando Ausbildung in the application of the ACTA NOVA system and the GEVER processes, as well as the federal office-wide training of employees in the area of configurations of workflows and technical data in the ACTA NOVA system
• Support the Chefin Geschäftsführung in the establishment, continuation, and cleaning up of the digital document filing as well as in the expansion and maintenance of knowledge management in daily operations
• Advise the staff members on the selection of the regulation-compliant and most efficient document filing

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational education in the commercial field or equivalent training as well as 2-3 years of function-relevant experience
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language
• Very good knowledge of the GEVER application (technology and system environment, GEVER-Experte/in 2, organizational regulations, GEVER regulations, registry plan)
• Very good IT skills as well as high initiative and interest in the further development and improvement of existing processes and systems
• Pronounced customer and service orientation, combined with personal responsibility and enjoyment of working with different contact persons
• Professional experience in military administration is an advantage

Das Kommando Ausbildung (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Schweizer Armee - from recruitment to general basic training to officer training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Höhere Kaderausbildung, the Personelle der Armee, five training associations, the Ausbildungszentrum, and the Fachstelle Frauen in der Armee und Diversity. One third of the approximately 2'350 employees work in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting field and contribute to success together with the professional military.

The Schweizer Armee employs over 9'000 employees in four military and around 200 civilian professions - and this at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. Provision is also made for young talent: The Schweizer Armee trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
