Discharge management supports clinics and patients in selecting a suitable rehabilitation clinic. It checks reha registrations for content and completeness and organizes the timely transfer to the appropriate follow-up institution. As a coordination point between the clinic and social services, discharge management is also responsible for organizing secondary transports.

What awaits you ##

• Hub function between discharge coordination, clinics and insurance companies
• Independent organization of rehabilitations including obtaining cost guarantees
• Coordination of patient transports (SRK, BETAX, EasyCab)
• Clarifications regarding insurance benefits
• General secretarial work including correspondence
• Assistance in the introduction of new employees

What you bring with you ##

• Several years of commercial professional experience, preferably in the field of paramedicine, hospital or insurance
• Good IT skills (MS Office) as well as a quick grasp of matters
• Stylistically confident German as well as good French skills
• High service orientation, independence and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn as well as enjoyment of a varied, sometimes hectic hospital daily routine
• An upbeat, team-oriented personality
