Discharge management supports clinics and patients in selecting a suitable rehabilitation clinic. It checks reha applications for content and completeness and organizes the timely transfer to the appropriate successor institution. As a coordination point between the clinic and social services, discharge management is also responsible for organizing secondary transports.

What awaits you ##

• Hub function between discharge coordination, clinics, and insurance companies
• Independent organization of rehabilitations including obtaining guarantees of payment
• Coordination of patient transports (SRK, BETAX, EasyCab)
• Clarifications regarding insurance benefits
• General secretarial work including correspondence

What you bring with you ##

• Several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in the field of paramedicine, hospital, or insurance
• Good IT skills (MS Office) as well as a quick grasp of new concepts
• Proficient German as well as good French skills
• Strong service orientation, an independent way of working, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn as well as enjoyment of a varied and dynamic hospital everyday life
• An upbeat, team-oriented personality
