Senior HR Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

• Establishment and professionalization of HR structures, processes and HR standards along the entire employee life cycle for the country entity in Switzerland – aligned with the HR strategy of the medermis-Gruppe
• Establishment of position and succession planning for medical specialists together with the regional management
• Recruitment of demanding specialist and management positions – in particular doctors and medical specialists
• Establishment of a talent network, driving the use of active sourcing for hard-to-fill functions as well as the targeted management of external service providers
• Sparring partner for site managers in leadership and personnel matters
• Further development of HR key figures, reporting, onboarding, development and retention
• Prospectively: establishment of an HR team Switzerland
• Completed studies, ideally with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in generalist HR work, ideally with leadership of a small team in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing of specialists and managers, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality and enjoyment in establishing new structures.
• Strong communication and advisory competence as well as high implementation orientation.
• Confident handling of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
• Affinity for digital HR and recruiting tools as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland to our locations.

A versatile key role awaits you with plenty of creative freedom, short decision-making paths and direct influence on the growth of medermis Switzerland and the prospective possibility to build your own team. You will work closely with managers and our locations in dermatology, phlebology and laboratory. You report to the CEO of Switzerland as well as functionally to the Director HR of the medermis-Gruppe.
