To complement our team at our location in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Desk Employee (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement Your tasks: You are the focal point for our customers. With your commitment, you actively support our customers with inquiries and in resolving faults in our software and hardware solutions. You receive fault reports, inquiries, and consumable orders from our customers, whether via telephone, e-mail, or automated reporting. You record, process, and forward orders as well as tickets using the ERP and ticketing systems and maintain the customer and device master data. You contribute ideas for improving our service processes and document the associated procedures and technical know-how. Your requirements: Completed training as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ with enthusiasm for the field of IT Initial experience in one of the following areas: customer service, call center, help desk Reliability in dealing with ERP and ticketing systems, willingness to work on the telephone hotline A flair for telephone support and IT affinity are required Technical understanding and industry knowledge (Office Printer and MFP) are helpful Positive attitude to remain calm even in hectic situations Language skills: - Flawless German in speaking and writing - Italian and/or French (min.
