Cook (no split shift)

Your tasks: • Preparing diverse dishes from fresh, regional products • Food service in the self-service restaurant (during the day) and in the evening for half-board guests at the buffet • Co-responsibility for all processes in the kitchen, ordering, and stock control • Monitoring compliance and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines according to HACCP • Cleaning according to the cleaning plan and occasional assistance in the dishwashing kitchen Your profile You have successfully completed training as a cook and/or assistant cook and bring professional experience. You organize yourself well, enjoy showing initiative, and are ready to learn new things. Joy in handling food and independent working are a matter of course. Additionally, you are punctual, reliable, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations. Irregular working hours and assignments on weekends are not an obstacle for you, but rather allow you to organize your free time flexibly.
