Job role ###### Cook (male/female) ##### Experience level ###### Trained Persons with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) as a cook (male/female), a vocational basic training of at least three years in the activity to be performed, or persons with a Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training (EBA) and at least three years of professional practice in the activity to be performed. Job description ###### Main tasks: Preparation of food according to specifications, assistance in the production of lunch, preparation and plating of dishes, serving and distributing meals, ensuring the specified quality standards, compliance with hygiene and HACCP guidelines, cleaning of kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations, general tidying and cleaning work in the kitchen, support of the kitchen team with arising tasks.
