As a delegated plant operator, you are responsible for the safe, economical, and timely operation of the network infrastructure. You represent ewz towards authorities, customers, and other stakeholders and promote a lived safety culture. You are responsible for the organizational cost center and continuously develop processes and workflows. What you bring with you You have several years of leadership and professional experience in network operation or maintenance as well as higher technical education (HF, FH, University, or ETH) in electrical engineering or energy technology. You bring sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage networks, as well as ideally experience as a plant operator. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in controlling budgets, projects, and resources characterize you. Your high leadership, communication, and decision-making competence enable you to work effectively with different stakeholders. The willingness to perform on-call duty completes your profile.
