Head of Education Center

Your tasks

• Personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of the Education Center with around 30 employees
• Further development of the Education Center as a modern competence center for operational training and further education
• Ensuring high-quality training and further education in the areas of bus, tram, and trolleybus as well as other operational functions
• Promotion of a future-oriented learning and training culture with modern didactic and digital forms of learning
• Responsibility for the development of new educational products and continuous optimization of existing educational offerings
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and quality standards
• Management of the Verkehrsfachschule Schweiz AG

Your profile

• Completed higher vocational training FH/HF, in education management, business administration, organizational development, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership and management experience in an educational organization or a service company
• Experience in the development and implementation of educational strategies, digitalization projects, and change processes
• Strong communication personality with a confident appearance towards different stakeholder groups
• Ability to combine and implement operational excellence with strategic further development
• Resilience and decisiveness, solution-oriented action even in demanding situations, integrity, reliability, and role model function
• Knowledge of public transport or a safety-relevant operating environment is an advantage
• Ideal age between 40 and 50 years
