Second/Sous Chef

Profile sought:
•A true PILLAR carrying the same values.
•Capable of moving forward in close collaboration with Pascal (executive chef and founder)
•Solid professional mastering all basic recipes, cutting techniques, and cooking methods. (Game and fish are strong advantages).
•Confirmed experience in refined, demanding, and creative establishments.
•Knowing how to manage a service of 40 to 60 covers, autonomous at their station, rigorous and organized.
•Person who loves to pass on knowledge. Sincere, involved, serious, and without pretenses.
•Open-minded with a lot of humor and a touch of madness.

Having a car is indispensable.
