Mandated by an international company in the maritime trade, based in Geneva, we are looking for: HR, Accounting and Management Assistant F/Ang 100%. About the position. As part of the retirement of the current manager at the end of 2026, we are looking for a trusted profile to ensure a smooth transition and take over the operational management of human resources, accounting support and management assistance. Your main responsibilities: Human Resources: Complete management of the employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, administration and departures). Administrative follow-up (social insurance, work permits, certificates, withholding tax, etc.). Accounting: Preparation of salary elements with external partners. Support to the accountant (entries, closures, preparation of audits, reading of balance sheets) and development of reports and dashboards on Excel. Management assistance: True right-hand man of the Management, you ensure administrative support, manage personal affairs, follow up on confidential files and prepare Council of Administration meetings. Your profile: Education: Higher education (Federal Certificate in HR appreciated), Accounting, or equivalent. Labor law. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with solid knowledge of accounting in Switzerland. Great stability in your previous jobs is required. Language skills: Perfect mastery of French and excellent level of English (minimum C1). Computer tools: Very good mastery of MS Office, with an excellent level on Excel. Skills: Irreproachable autonomy, keen sense of organization, rigor, priority management, absolute discretion and professionalism. Swiss nationality or valid work permit. Type of contract: Permanent contract in person. Entry into function: No later than October 1st, 2026 (Minimum 2 months of handover with the current holder).
