Your daily work is varied, practical and just as important as the hospital operations themselves. Receipt of incidents and service requests by telephone (Service Desk duty) as well as in the ITSM tool Classifying, processing and documenting tickets Ticketing processing - receiving, processing and if necessary forwarding of fault reports as well as instructing and supporting users with occurring problems and questions regarding hardware and software Installing and maintaining workstation systems, peripheral devices, mobile devices, as well as their software according to the ICT standard catalog Managing access permissions Creating knowledge articles for the department as well as for IT users Performing regular on-call service (driver's license Cat.
