Your tasks

• Administrative processing of assigned personnel files (accident declarations, contract modifications, transfers, etc.)
• Interlocutor for administrative questions in the assigned files
• Management of personnel files
• Quality assurance of the HR database
• Drafting work certificates
• Preparation of analyses
• Drafting of delegated documents
• Support to the HR team in its activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) and additional training as an HR assistant
• Professional experience in HR administration
• Good command of German, spoken and written
• Strong passion for HR administration
• High sense of care, autonomous and structured work
• Rapid ability to understand and synthesize
• Excellent communication skills and friendly presentation
• Availability to work on-site on Monday and Wednesday (optionally Monday and Friday)
