Team Leader Property Management

Our client is an established and dynamically growing real estate services company. Your tasks: • Mandate management and support of an interesting and diverse real estate portfolio of rental properties (apartments as well as commercial properties) as well as responsibility for it • Support, assistance, leadership and further development of the subordinate employees (small team) • Responsible for the smooth running of management activities and ensuring property maintenance • Monitoring the rental of residential and commercial properties including vacancy management • Planning, budgeting and monitoring of maintenance and investment measures • Ensuring compliance with budgets as well as identifying optimization potential for increasing yields • Controlling heating and ancillary cost statements as well as checking the property accounting / financial statements • Support for complex issues and taking over dossier management in problem cases • Controlling and monitoring the dunning and insurance systems • Cooperation in special projects as well as taking over coordination tasks in the area • Personal support and advice for owners and clients • Participation in the further expansion of the company • etc. Your profile: • Several years of professional experience in property management • Further education in the real estate sector (Federal Diploma of Higher Education for Property Managers) • Leadership experience would be a plus as well as strong organizational skills • Entrepreneurial thinking and high service orientation • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Confident appearance as well as enjoyment of customer contact • Resilient, communicative and team-oriented personality • Good IT user knowledge as well as experience with common real estate ERP systems is an advantage What awaits you: • Responsible leadership position with great creative freedom • Exciting and varied real estate portfolio • Modern corporate culture with short decision-making paths • Motivated and collegial team • Attractive employment conditions as well as flexible working models • Long-term development opportunities in a professional environment
