Job Description We are looking for support as Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) Join our team at our location in St. Gallen What to expect You will act as the first point of contact for our customers across all channels You will support our customers with questions regarding purchase on account You will independently process business transactions in the field of financial services and undertake internal control tasks You will actively contribute and use your feedback to help optimize Customer Care You will work securely and responsibly with sensitive customer and payment data. You will ensure correct and customer-oriented communication, even in demanding or emotional situations Qualifications Qualifications: We are looking for employees who think entrepreneurially and enjoy dealing with people and numbers.
