Genève \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Examine and process AVS benefit requests submitted by Swiss nationals domiciled abroad • Conduct investigative work to determine the general conditions for granting benefits • Collect and prepare the data necessary for the calculation of the pension, establish and send the benefit decision, and pay old-age and survivors' pensions. • Manage the pension portfolio (requests for information, performing changes, forecast calculations, etc.) • Write the necessary correspondence (letters, e-mails) and advise clients by telephone primarily in German, French, and English. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial training (CFC commercial employee, commercial diploma, or commercial maturity). • Interpersonal skills and relational abilities to ensure quality customer service and collaborate in a team. • Analytical and synthetic spirit in the processing of files. • Organizational skills to guarantee efficient processing of files, independently and within deadlines. • Excellent command, both oral and written, of at least two official languages.
