Our Client is an architectural firm and general contractor of human size, based in the Lausanne region.
They mandate us for the recruitment of an Assistant in Work Management H/F.
The position is to be filled between 80% and 100%
Missions
Your main missions are:

• Ensure administrative monitoring of projects, from preparation of files to their updating and archiving.
• Manage submission requests, ensure follow-up with service providers and participate in the development of comparative offers.
• Ensure administrative and financial management of files: contracts, amendments, invoicing, payments.
• Provide administrative support to project managers in the preparation, control and coordination of their files.
• Organize meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up of actions and associated information.
• Ensure reception of visitors, management of calls, emails and mail, as well as various administrative coordination tasks.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland MANDATORY.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss construction sector.
• Mastery of Excel required, knowledge of Messerli an asset.
• Ability to manage several files in parallel, good communication, organization, reactivity, anticipation.
