Within the Product and Channel Management department, we are looking for reinforcement for the new position of Chapter Lead. In other words: you!

Your new job

As Chapter Lead, you lead a group (chapter) of product managers and are responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead the group from a personnel perspective, develop individual objectives with employees and encourage their achievement
• In close collaboration with the senior product managers, conduct check-ins and development dialogues to assess the situation, set objectives and progress employees, as well as plan and support individual development measures
• Ensure human resources planning and coordinate the optimal use of chapter employees in teams and projects (resource management)
• Continuously develop the methodological skills grouped within the chapter as well as the agile way of working
• Actively participate in change processes and contribute to the implementation of a learning organization within the department
• Support, advise and collaborate with senior product managers as well as other stakeholders through methodological skills in projects

• High social competence and experience in moderation, conflict resolution and change management
