• you lead and coach a regional sales team and continuously develop it
• you manage your own customer portfolio and drive customer development as well as new customer acquisition in Aargau and Limmattal
• you implement the sales strategy and planning and manage customer portfolios, pipeline and regional sales activities
• you are responsible for forecast and sales controlling and ensure, together with your team, the achievement of revenue and sales targets
• you coordinate regional sales campaigns and ensure consistent market processing and implementation of sales processes
• you work with Salesforce, ensure high data quality and bring market feedback into the cooperation with the Head of Advertising Sales and Product Management

You are a match if

• you bring several years of experience in sales and are characterized by a strong customer and closing orientation
• you have experience in the leadership and development of employees and lead your team clearly, motivatingly and goal-oriented
• you manage customer portfolios and sales activities in a structured manner and drive both customer development and new customer acquisition
• you do not just read numbers, but derive concrete measures from them, from the forecast to the analysis of sales performance
• you know Aargau and/or the Affoltern Limmattal region, are familiar with the needs of SMEs and ideally have an active network in these regions.
• you can demonstrate completed education or further training in the field of sales, marketing, economics or a comparable area
